1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7–14 days of receiving the product, depending on the vendor’s policy.
1.2 The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
1.3 Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
1.4 Some products, such as personal care items or custom orders, may not be eligible for return or exchange — check product details before purchase.


2. Return & Exchange Process

2.1 To initiate a return or exchange, log in to your account and go to “My Orders.”
2.2 Select the product and click “Request Return/Exchange.”
2.3 Provide a clear reason for the return or exchange along with photos if applicable.
2.4 Submit your request and await confirmation.


3. Approval and Shipping

3.1 Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
3.2 Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3.3 Items must be shipped back within the time frame provided in the approval email.


4. Refunds and Exchanges

4.1 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
4.2 Exchanges will be processed based on availability; if the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
4.3 Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Non-Returnable Items

5.1 Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include:

  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Perishable goods

6. Damaged or Defective Items

6.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
6.2 Provide photos and order details for faster processing.
6.3 We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as per vendor policy.
